This public consultation is finished.

From now until June 2, 2021, the general public is invited to take part in the consultation on an exemption
from the provisions of the Regulation respecting the sustainable development of forests in the domain of the
State (RSDF).

The exemption involves replacing the original cutting approach, using block cutting and cutting with protection
of regeneration and soils, with an approach using spatial organization compartments, for the period 2018-2023,
in development unit 074-51.

The changes will come into force as from September 1, 2021.

Your comments will be forwarded to the Coordinator of the Outaouais Regional Table of Integrated Resources and Land Management (TRGIRTO) who will produce a report for the Ministry of Forests, Wildlife and Parks.

The purpose of the consultation is to obtain comments on the proposed forest plan. It cannot be used to review
public land use or the rights granted on public land.
