The Outaouais branch of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forests confirms in writing whether or not it accepts the requests of the TRGIRTO.
During official meetings, TRGIRTO discussions that lead to consensus become resolutions. These resolutions are then sent to the Outaouais branch of the Ministry of Forests, Wildlife and Parks that then decides if these resolutions will be taken into account in forest planning.
